This includes checking the system functionality, controls, ports, and overall condition. We only sell consoles that pass this testing process, ensuring you receive a device that performs excellently.

Our warranty covers any defects in the material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, which is included with each product description. This means that during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any part of a product that proves defective.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 to 14 days, depending on the specific vendor’s return policy. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at to initiate the return process.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process depends on your card issuer’s policies.
