At Hype Gadgets, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive shopping experience. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product subject to the following terms:

  1. Return Period: You have between 7 to 14 days to return an item, depending on the specific vendor’s return policy. The return period starts from the day the product is delivered to you.

  2. Return Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unused, with all original tags/labels attached, and complete with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

  3. Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we have made a shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  5. Exchanges (if applicable): We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products and products that are not quality-tested by us.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

This includes checking the system functionality, controls, ports, and overall condition. We only sell consoles that pass this testing process, ensuring you receive a device that performs excellently.

Our warranty covers any defects in the material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, which is included with each product description. This means that during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any part of a product that proves defective.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process depends on your card issuer’s policies.

As of now, we are solely a retailer of pre-owned consoles. We do not currently have a trade-in program. However, we are always exploring new services to offer our customers, so stay tuned for any updates in the future.

Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective.

The Warranty Period varies depending on the product and is specified in the product description. Products that are quality tested by our team include a 6 month warranty.

Our warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes damage resulting from negligence, unauthorised modification of the product, natural disasters, and theft or loss of the product.

If the warranty claim is justified, we will bear the shipping costs. If not, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Coverage

During the Warranty Period, Hype Gadgets will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Exclusions

Our Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Examples of what is not covered include, but are not limited to:

  1. Damage of a product resulting from negligence
  2. Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  3. Damage caused by natural disaster
  4. Theft or loss of the product

We may ask for you to send the product to us for inspection. If the warranty claim is justified, we will bear the shipping costs. If not, the shipping costs will fall onto the customer.
